Feels Like Frost - Easiest Card Ever!
Updated: Dec 24, 2020
I got my new Feels Like Frost DSP today and had to play so I came up with the easiest card ever! You can knock these out in just a few minutes with few supplies and hardly any experience. And they are gorgeous!
All you need is to cut a few slices off the DSP, add it to cardstock, and stamp Thinking of You on the DSP. Seriously, we are talking seconds, maybe a minute or two. If you are looking for a quick card, use this DSP. You get 48 sheets for $15. Add a package of whisper white cardstock (40 sheets for $9.75), one stamp and one ink pad, and your favorite adhesive, and you can make cards for $0.32 each (not including the stamp and stamp pad). Not only is it beautiful and fast, you can't beat the price!

Ingredients: Feels Like Frost DSP, whisper white cardstock, In the Pines stamp set, garden green ink, bling, Stampin' Seal adhesive.
Recipe: Cut the whisper white sheet in half horizontally so that you have a piece that measures 8.5x5.5 inches. Score it in half horizontally and fold so that you have a card that is 5.5x4.25 inches. Cut a sheet of DSP to 5.25x3.25 inches. Cut the remaining strip to 5.5x.75 inches. Glue the smaller strip of DSP (back side up) to the bottom of the card (card held horizontally). Glue the larger rectangular piece of DSP above the strip placing it directly on the strip. Stamp your sentiment on the lower strip of DSP. If you want, add some bling. I added three colored embellishments on the top left corner.
That's it! If you do this, drop a comment with a photo. Enjoy!
