Ice Cream Parlor designer series paper | Ice Cream Corner DSP
Could you guess that this was made with the Ice Cream Parlor suite?
This sweet suite is sooo much more than ice cream! This adorable Ice Cream Corner DSP can be used for so many things - here I use it as a background for a birthday card.
The card is attached to itself on the left so that the part with the dots does not open, and a piece of the DSP also adorns the inside.
Let your imagination run free and use it for many options!
I hope you try it . Tag me if you make it so I can see it. Thanks for spending some time with me!
Recipe: Zany Zebras (or other stamp set for the sentiment); pear pizzazz ink; Ice Cream Parlor dsp; thick basic white, basic white, and bermuda bay card stocks; tasteful labels dies; white polka dot tulle ribbon; liquid glue, stampin' seal, and Stampin' dimensionals; basic rhinestones; bermuda bay Stampin' Blends; bone folder; trimmer; Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine (Big Boss).
Ingredients: Cut a piece of thick whisper white cardstock in half vertically. Score at 5.5" and 4.25". Fold at the 5.5" score line to create a card base. Fold at the 4.25" mark. Burnish both folds with the bone folder.
Cut a strip of Ice Cream Parlor dsp to 4x1". Cut another piece to 4x4.
Cut a piece of tulle ribbon to 8". Run it between the front and back 1.25" left side of the card base. Run Stampin' Seal along the 1.25" left piece, and adhere the front to the back with the ribbon caught in this panel. Using liquid glue, adhere the thinner piece of DSP with the polka dots facing out. Tie the ribbon in a knot or bow.
Adhere the larger DSP to the right side of the card base with liquid glue, with the splotchy side out. Cut a piece of DSP at 1x4" and adhere on the inside along the bottom using liquid glue with the splotchy side out.
Stamp your sentiment in pear pizzazz ink on basic white and cut out with a tasteful label die using the Big Boss. Cut a piece of bermuda bay card stock with the next size up tasteful label die. Adhere the sentiment to the bermuda bay card stock using liquid glue. Place on the card front using stampin' dimensionals. Color basic rhinestones with Stampin' Blends and adhere to the card front.
